David Aboud , born in Scottsdale, AZ, was raised in Enid, Oklahoma. He graduated with a Finance degree from Phillips University in 1986. He has over 35 years experience as an investment broker/adviser, beginning his career at Dean Witter Reynolds (now Morgan Stanley) in their Oklahoma City office.

In 1997, David co-founded Leonard Securities with a shared vision of bringing full-service, independent-minded financial solutions to both individuals and institutions. Currently, he serves as Managing Member of Oklahoma Capital Advisors. Additionally, he serves as an officer and director for Leonard Agency and for Leonard Investment Advisors. David holds a Series 7 General Securities Representative license, as well as licenses for General Securities Principal, Registered Options Principal, and a Financial and Operational Principal. He is also licensed in Oklahoma with an Insurance license.

Mr. Aboud is Past President of the Oklahoma Securities Industry Association and was appointed to the Securities Commission by Governor Fallin in 2017. He has one son, Raney, and lives in Edmond with his better half, Chef Lilian. Mr. Aboud enjoys fly fishing, scuba diving, Fantasy Football and is an avid Call of Duty player.

Darren King received his B.B.A. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University in 1987. The securities industry licenses he holds are FINRA Exam Series 6,7,9,10,24,31,63,and 65. He also is licensed in Insurance in the State of Oklahoma. Darren has more than 30 years experience in the financial services industry.

He has served as a financial consultant with Oklahoma Capital Advisors, LLC, of Oklahoma City, a branch office of B.B. Graham & Co. from 2015 to the present. Previously he was a consultant with Leonard Securities, Inc. from 2011 to 2015. In addition, he has served as a registered investment advisor with Leonard Investment Advisors, Inc. of Oklahoma City, OK, since2011, as well as a registered agent of Leonard Agency, Inc. since 2011. (Leonard Investment Advisors, Inc., and Leonard Agency, Inc. are affiliated entities.) From 2005 to 2011, he served as a financial consultant with Morgan Stanley, Smith Barney of Edmond, OK; he began his financial career with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Darren enjoys helping his clients achieve their investment goals while building lasting relationships. He has been married to Carla for over 35 years, and has two sons and an enormous yellow lab, Boone. His favorite activities include golf, fly fishing, and hiking in New Mexico. His newest outside activity is trying to learn guitar.

Kimberly Vaughn, Vice President, Financial Consultant at Oklahoma Capital Advisors, holds a degree in Gerontology as well as a Masters of Business Administration. The securities industry licenses she holds are FINRA Exam Series 7,66, 63 and 65.  Kimberly also holds her insurance license. She has worked as a Financial Consultant with Oklahoma Capital Advisors from March 2019 to the present. Previously, she served as a Vice President/Financial Consultant at RBC Capital Markets, LLC, joining their Oklahoma City office in 2001.

Kimberly’s passion to advocate for the aging population has served her well in her position. She has been able to assist individuals and families with their investments, planning and preparation process for wealth preservation, growth of assets, transfer of assets and fraud protection. 

Kimberly is one of eight children; she moved to OKC after meeting her husband of 36 years. They met in Jackson, Mississippi while he played for the double AA Mets. She is a mother to two grown children, and enjoys being part of a large family, especially being an aunt to her nieces and nephews. She also loves to cook (eating), traveling and attending sporting events with her family. She spends her free time volunteering as an Ombudsman, and advocating for the aging population.

Elaine attended Arizona State University, returning to Oklahoma to graduate with a B.A.  She earned her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University in 1993, and was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar the same year. She holds FINRA Exam Series 6,7,63 and 65, and also has her Oklahoma Insurance license. 

She and her husband, Patrick, and their two pound puppies reside in north Oklahoma City. They enjoy cruising all over the world, and she gardens, loves to cook, entertain, and read. The both “work” at golf.

Serving on multiple charitable and community Boards over the years, Elaine is at present volunteer co-head of fundraising for D-Dent, a nonprofit that provides dental services for seniors in need, veterans in need, and special needs children. Helping others meet their goals, be it through her business or her community and charitable work, is her purpose. 

Raymond T. Foor is a financial consultant with Oklahoma Capital Advisors, LLC. In addition, he is a registered insurance agent with Leonard Agency, Inc. of Oklahoma City.

Raymond has been advising clients since 1979. A lifelong resident of Norman, OK, he has maintained an office there since 1989. He has served on Boards of Directors of several non-profits in the community, and is past president of the Norman Business Association
